Mode Music and Performing Arts is looking for teaching artists and performers to lead after-school enrichment classes for elementary students across the Seattle area this spring. We bring creative theatre and music classes directly into schools, helping students explore storytelling, rhythm, movement, and performance in a fun and supportive environment. Pay Starting at $35/hour with room to grow $21.30 per hour planning Classes run 60-90 minutes Teachers may lead 1-3 classes per afternoon depending on enrollment. Schedule Weekdays between 1-5 PM Spring session runs March 20 - June 11 Current Classes Behind the Scenes Theatre Theatre Dance Campfire Singalong We're Especially Interested In Theatre performers Music instructors Teaching artists with experience in K-8 education Extra points if you teach: Ukulele Rhythm or percussion Locations Schools across the greater Seattle area including: Greenlake, South Seattle, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Beacon Hill, West Seattle, White Center, and View Ridge. Teachers must be able to commute to school sites and arrive 15 minutes before class. A Washington State background check is required and will be run by our team before onboarding. Interested?
